TANDEX B.W.S

Tandex B.W. Solution is a concentrated blend of organic corrosion inhibitors, dispersing agents and oxygen absorbers, specially formulated for broad spectrum boiler water treatment. 

TANDEX B.W. Solution:

1. Prevents scale formation by converting precipitated hardness salts into a fine flocculent mobile sludge which is removed by blowdown.
2. Stops oxygen corrosion by absorbing the residual trace of dissolved gas.
3. Provides a monomolecular film on internal boiler surfaces to prevent corrosion, while not impairing heat transfer properties.
4. Does not cause "excessive dissolved solids" problems, even if greatly overdosed, as it contributes very little to T.D.S. figures.
5. Does not require specialised personnel to control. Unskilled staff can easily perform the few steps to maintain correct values in the boiler.
6. Is not hazardous or dusty to use or handle as it is a mild, non toxic liquid compound.
7. Is extremely economical in use, being charged into raw water at the rate of 15-20ppm. (70-100 mls. per 4550 litres)
