The rotating-blades with the fixed-blades crushes thermoplastic-films in circles by the V-belt. As the high rotation of the blade-disc, the scraps are forced to whirling and the friction between scraps and barrel slightly plasticizes the scraps then water finally has them cooled into pellets.   The pellets will be made in effect again after humidity is out. The whole process is operated under full automation.
