Working Principles
Supersats is a contacted aeration system which is a biological wastewater treatment to become clean water before let out it into the sluice gate. The ACTIVATED SLUDGE is a decomposition process and an aerobic digestion process which it puts the oxygen to support bacterial sediment that can be bio-chemical reaction to become clean water, and it works without putrid smell; Likewise, the sediment had isolated which it can be digestion reaction; thus it is not often pump the toilet like the septic tank and cesspool; moreover, it can treat wastewater from toilet bowl, toilet sink, kitchen sink and other wastewater outlet from building of all types.
Supersats can be divided into 3 functional parts Working proceeding.
First of all, the settling compartment will separate the light and heavy precipitates from the wastewater and digest the part of residue at the entry point.
Secondly, the contacted aeration compartment will treat the water which comes from the first part. Using the aerobic bacteria in the wastewater, as well as hold on the submerged filter media, the bio-chemical reaction transforms the wastewater into safe, clean and non-contaminated water. This compartment also filters the suspended solid.
Lastly, the sedimentation compartment will separate the bio-solids from the clear treated effluent to keep Suspended Solid Value to the effluent standard. The effluent from SUPERSATS will meet the standard and is safe to discharge into public waterways, help protect the environment.
